🛡️ Fraudbase Status: Operational We are pleased to announce that Fraudbase, our crowd-sourced fraud intelligence system, is now fully integrated across our network. Why implement Fraudbase? Fraudbase secures our dispensary chain by turning isolated incidents into a shared defense. Our centralized dashboard tracks high-risk profiles—including names, redacted contact info, and order references—across multiple locations simultaneously. This data-driven approach allows staff to proactively verify customers and prevent inventory loss. Neutralizing Cross-Location Scams Fraudbase makes it impossible for a scammer to hit one location and immediately target another. The moment a fraudulent transaction is flagged, the suspect's credentials are instantly synchronized to our global blacklist. Any subsequent attempt at another branch triggers a real-time alert, ensuring that once a bad actor is identified, they are blocked chain-wide.

The Dispensight Fraud Detection v4.0.0 update is now live, featuring a significantly expanded dataset of 66,381 training samples. This update marks a substantial improvement over the previous version's 35,881 samples and 92.5% accuracy, with our latest Naive Bayes model now reaching 97.43% accuracy.
